Maintenance network infrastructure

Network conversion work starting Wednesday, April 9, 2025, affecting areas HA02, HB02, HD02, HE02 and HF02 (Favoritenstraße 9)

As part of the renewal and consolidation of our network infrastructure, a conversion is to be carried out in our HA0211A distribution room.
The connections in the building areas HA02, HB02, HD02, HE02 and HF02 at Favoritenstraße 9 will be affected by this conversion.

In the course of the conversion, the following planned interruptions will occur step by step (i.e. with a time delay for each connection):

Computers and network-compatible devices (printers, etc.): approx. 15-30 seconds of connection failure per device.
Telephones: probably 2-3 minutes of downtime per device.
Wi-Fi: probably 2-3 minutes of downtime per access point.

The outages are expected to occur on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. throughout the day and, if necessary, on Thursday, April 10, 2025 between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
