Upgrade to the latest Windows 10 version

The extended support end for Windows 10 is almost here

As initial preparation for the end of support for Windows 10 in October 2025, we will update all Windows 10 versions installed on TUnotebook/TUdesktop to the latest feature update. The rollout via the Empirum client management system will begin tomorrow at noon (August 12, 2025). Your computer will behave similarly to when a major Windows update (monthly) is installed. You can continue working during the first phase. You will then be asked to restart your computer. This will take longer than usual. After that, the current version of Windows 10 will be available for use.
In the next step, all hardware-compatible devices will be upgraded to Windows 11. The rollout will again be announced via a maintenance message.
