SIM cards for mobile phones at TU Wien can now be ordered and cancelled by any employee via the TUshop under the new name “TUsim”. Changes to existing SIM cards and roaming packages can still be ordered via ticket. These changes will only be integrated into the TUshop interface in a second step. 
Phone numbers and speed dials can now be freely selected from the entire pool when ordering; there are no longer any reserved areas. Transfers within your own organizational unit can be made as before via a ticket. If a telephone number or speed dial is to be transferred to another organizational unit, this can be done by canceling and reordering the SIM card. When reordering, you can optionally use previously canceled numbers (“cooldown numbers”).
