Zheao Huang received his Masters Degree in Condensed Matter Physics (2021) from Central China Normal University working on Synthesis and Characterization of Photocatalysts (mainly Semiconductors and Metal-organic frameworks). After finishing his master, he decided to join our group.
Huang’s research focuses on synthesis of mix-metal and core-shell ZIFs, followed by in-situ transformation (e.g. via hydrothermal, acid etching, and ion-exchange) to design yolk–shell, hollow, and heteroatom-doped ZIFs that increase the spatial density of active sites and facilitate the transfer of photogenerated electrons, ultimately enhancing ZIFs efficiency of multiple photocatalytic applications.
