Mission Region - 20 years region - we are looking for you!

We are therefore looking for the best planning ideas from teaching and planning in Europe! We are still looking for motivated students who would like to research and prepare content for the 20th anniversary celebration. The seminar is offered as a free elective.

We would like to find out how research and teaching in spatial planning education is organised in Europe and are therefore conducting research at various European spatial planning education institutions.

The following tasks await us:

- Interviews with lecturers and students at various European universities
- Factbox on teaching and research in the field of regional planning and regional development
- Portrait of a student project
....

The joint structure (interview guidelines, facts and figures, specifications for documentation, layout, ...) will be developed in advance of the research. The participants themselves are responsible for organising the contacts. The results will be presented at the event celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Research Unit Regional Planning and Regional Development (3-4 November 2025, Kuppelsaal). All participants of this course can take part in the celebrations of the research area.
