Ms. Anita Miljkovic wins Kurier Scholarship 2025

As in previous years, the Kurier partial scholarship for the university course “Real Estate Economics & Property Management” was awarded again this year in May. This course leads to the qualifications to work as a real estate agent, property manager or property developer in just 4 semesters.

This year's scholarship goes to Ms. Anita Miljkovic, who currently works as a real estate manager for IMV Immobilien Management and previously gained practical experience at 4M Immobilien Consulting GmbH & Co KG and the Rustler Group. We asked Ms. Miljkovic for a brief statement:

“My professional career began at the law firm of Dr. Erich Kafka and Dr. Manfred Palkovits with a focus on real estate law. There I had the opportunity to attend the Juristen-Drehscheibe-Akademie and learn directly from experienced lawyers. This legal foundation shaped me and still helps me in my work today. I quickly realized that I was not only interested in the legal aspects, but also in the entire real estate industry in all its complexity. That's why I gained practical experience - from assisting estate agents to my current position as a real estate manager. The KURIER scholarship enables me to further deepen my knowledge in the university course “Real Estate Management” at the Vienna University of Technology. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead and am very grateful for this opportunity.”

4 exciting semesters

Ms. Miljkovic can look forward to four exciting semesters covering all important aspects of real estate. The course, which celebrated its 35th anniversary last year, is designed as a part-time course and, in addition to the wealth of experience of our renowned faculty, also offers important contacts that are particularly valuable for a career in the real estate industry. The small class sizes allow for optimal studyability and thus most of our graduates can usually complete the degree „Akademische/r Immobilienberater/in & Liegenschaftsmanager/in“ within the 4 regular semesters.

The TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education (ACE) would like to thank the Kurier for the many years of successful cooperation in the course of the Kurier scholarship and is pleased to welcome Ms. Anita Miljkovic to our course in the 4th district at the TU from October.
