The costs for accommodation (including breakfast on Friday) will be covered by TU Wien, and Doka will kindly provide meals (lunch and dinner on Thursday, lunch on Friday). Travel to and from the event is to be arranged individually (we are happy to assist with carpooling).

Registration is possible from Monday, September 22, 2025, exclusively at the institute's office (Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.). Registration closes on Friday, October 3, 2025. The number of participants is limited to 18. A deposit of €50.00 in cash is payable upon registration, which will be refunded upon participation.

Upon successful participation in the excursion and submission of an excursion report, a certificate for the LVA will be issued (no second excursion necessary).

In terms of content, we will hear lectures on the topic of formwork in various areas of application, get to know the different formwork systems (wall, ceiling, and climbing formwork) up close, and assemble and dismantle wall formwork ourselves on Friday as part of a workshop.
