FemChem and the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Technical Chemistry invite you to the final presentation of the PARENT implementation phase!

PARENT (PArents in REsearch aNd Technology) - Implementation Project

Parenthood represents a structural challenge for scientific careers. The aim of this project was therefore to specify and pilot faculty-specific measures for improving the the compatibility of academic work and parenthood. The results are based on interviews and workshops with TU members, as well as the analysis of structural and cultural framework conditions.
