From November 25-27, the doctoral candidate group EX³ - Expanding Excellence by Experiment went to the seminar hotel Lakeside 77 in Podersdorf on Lake Neusiedl. There, the participants were able to work intensively on the texts of their dissertation projects in a relaxed atmosphere away from everyday university life and thus take another important step towards successfully completing their doctorate. Led by our colleague Johannes Suitner, the group practiced constructive peer feedback and exchanged writing tips and tricks, as well as tools and techniques for organizing knowledge, in addition to many productive writing sessions. The findings from this format and the accompanying methods are also incorporated into the EX³ reflection, which contributes to the further development of the doctorate at the Faculty A+R.

Next EX³ events:

  • 2nd group workshop “Transdisciplinarity as a claim, method and role conflict” (January 2025)
  • International colloquium (March 2025)
