Zielgruppe: Lehrende der TU Wien, die durch den Einsatz niederschwelliger, schlichter Techniken die Motivation ihrer Studierenden, an einem aktivierenden Lehrkonzept eifrig mitzuarbeiten, erhöhen wollen. 

 

Ziele:

Nach Besuch der Veranstaltung können die Teilnehmer_innen...

  • ihr Rollenverständnis, ihre Grenzen, sowie ihre Verantwortung als Lehrpersonen für sich persönlich reflektieren.
  • einen Syllabus bzw. eine Seminarbeschreibung erstellen, die die Erwartungen der Studierenden aufgreift und eine motivierende Grundlage fürs Semester schafft.…
  • die erste Sitzung optimal nutzen, um die Studierenden zu motivieren.…
  • die Studierenden auch während des Semesters niederschwellig zur (weiteren) Mitarbeit anregen. ….

Inhalt:

  • Rollenverständnis, Verantwortung und Grenzen definieren 
  • Eine gute Beziehung gestalten 
  • Selbstregulation der Studierenden fördern 
  • Verantwortungsübernahme durch Studierende fördern 
  • Gesunde Mindsets fördern 
  • Syllabus und erste Sitzung als Tools 
  • Lerntagebuch als Tool 

Methoden:

  • Arbeit mit Videos und Texten 
  • Selbst- und Gruppenreflexion
  • Gruppenaustausch im virtuellen Präsenztreffen

Viele Dozierende haben in den letzten Jahren die Erfahrung gemacht, dass es gerade in den neuen Lehrformaten (Blended Learning, Flipped Classroom, Forschendes Lernen etc.) schwierig ist, das Seminarkonzept an die Studierenden motivierend zu vermitteln. Wenn die Studierenden nicht verstehen, was von ihnen gefordert wird und welcher Vorteil für sie dabei entsteht, arbeiten sie nicht aktiv genug mit. Sie schauen die Lehrvideos nicht an, bearbeiten Aufgaben entweder gar nicht oder nur mit dem Ziel, Wissen wiederzugeben – unter solchen Bedingungen können aktivierende Lehrformate nicht gelingen, es entsteht Frust auf beiden Seiten. 

Wie aber können Dozierende ihren Studierenden ein aktivierendes Lehrkonzept „verkaufen“? Wie können sie die Widerstände der Studierenden aufgreifen und in Motivation verwandeln, etwas Neues auszuprobieren? In dieser Fortbildung, die einem halben Tag entspricht, gehen wir diesen Fragen nach. Zunächst bearbeiten Sie ein kurzes Selbststudium in der Form von Lehrvideos und einer Aufgabe, dafür planen Sie sich bitte ca. zwei Stunden Minuten ein. Im Anschluss treffen wir uns, um gemeinsam in der Gruppe Ihre Fragen zu klären und Ihre Konzepte für die Umsetzung im Alltag zu konkretisieren.
