Ziele:

Die Teilnehmer_innen sollen am Ende des Kurses bspw.…

  • … mit ungünstigen Rahmenbedingungen
  • (wie unmotivierte Studierende, Zeitknappheit, zu viele Studierende..) besser umgehen können.
  • …bei Unruhe im Hörsaal oder einem schweigendem Plenum didaktisch sinnvolle Interventionen
  • setzen können.
  • …bei Misslingen oder Ablehnung einer Gruppenarbeit/Übung in adäquater Weise reagieren
  • können.
  • …Methoden zur Deeskalation in schwierigen Lehrsituationen anwenden können.

Inhalt:

Bei Sonnenschein eine Gruppe von Freunden auf einem gut markierten Wanderweg zum Berggipfel führen – das sollte nicht schwer fallen. Nach einem Wettersturz bei Nässe, Nacht und Nebel in einem weglosen zerklüfteten Gelände eine Gruppe heil zurückbringen – das erfordert die Kompetenzen eines erfahrenen Bergführers. In der universitären Lehre ist es nicht viel anders: Solange keine Probleme auftreten, fällt sie in thematisch vertrautem Gelände nicht schwer. Wenn aber Störungen und Konflikte auftreten, braucht es spezielle Kompetenzen des professionellen Umgangs mit diesen Ereignissen. Der zweitägige Workshop beschäftigt sich mit solchen Störungen und Konflikten in der Lehre und den möglichen Reaktionen darauf. Er exploriert verschiedene Formen in gängigen Situationen der Lehre und zeigt Möglichkeiten des deeskalierenden und klärenden Umgangs auf. Dazu werden Grundkompetenzen für den Umgang mit Störungen vorgestellt und eingeübt, Fallanalysen und praxisnahe Rollenspiele/Simulationen durchgeführt sowie theoretische Grundlagen und pädagogische Haltungen für die professionelle Interpretation von Störungen und Konflikten vermittelt.
