Zielgruppe: Lehrende aller Fächer, die in ihren Lehrveranstaltungen praktische Kompetenzen unterrichten und überprüfen und /oder projektorientiert mit Großgruppen arbeiten.

Ziele:

Die Teilnehmer_innen…

haben die Probleme und Besonderheiten ihrer Lehrsituationen an eigenen Praxisbeispielen

reflektiert und diskutiert
haben ihr Methodenrepertoire für die eigene Fachkultur erweitert, speziell für Laborkurse,
Rechen- oder Programmier-Übungen und andere praxisbezogene Lehrveranstaltungen
kennen Lehrdesigns, die den Erwerb praktischer Kompetenzen in unterschiedlichen
Gruppen unterstützen
können vorgestellte Methoden, Feedbackstrategien und Lehrdesigns für ihre eigenen Lehrveranstaltungen nutzen und adaptieren

Inhalt:

In technischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Lehrveranstaltungen müssen Lehrende oft enorme Stoffmengen vermitteln und Studierende anleiten, methodische Fähigkeiten zu erwerben oder theoretische Kenntnisse praktisch anzuwenden. In diesem Workshop werden die Besonderheiten dieser speziellen Settings diskutiert und passende Methoden und Lehr- /Lerndesigns besprochen. Wir erarbeiten Feedback- und Leistungsüberprüfungsansätze für unterschiedliche Studierendengruppen und Gruppengrößen. Die Teilnehmer_innen diskutieren, welche der vorgestellten Strategien sie für ihre eigenen Lehrvorhaben adaptiert einsetzen können um die Qualität des Lehrens und Lernen zu steigern.
