We are pleased to announce that our website has once again successfully achieved WACA Silver recertification in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, opens an external URL in a new window. This means that we remain a leader in digital accessibility.

In line with our guiding principle of Technology for People, we make sure that our online presence is as user-friendly and accessible as possible at all times. This way, we can make sure that everyone can easily use our website and access its content. The recertification shows that we’re on the right track and consistently meeting digital accessibility requirements. For us, this is not only proof of our commitment, but also motivation to continuously develop our services.

New web standards

Web standards are constantly evolving: since our last certification, the WCAG guidelines have been updated from version 2.1 to 2.2. This new version places even greater emphasis on ease of use, better orientation, and more inclusive use, especially on mobile devices. The draft version of WCAG 3.0, opens an external URL in a new window is currently still in working draft status. We see this milestone as an invitation: we look forward to the upcoming improvements in digital accessibility with curiosity and enthusiasm and are eager to implement them on our website.
