Congratulations to Alex Syböck on his master thesis

Alex Syböck defended his masters thesis with great success today. We are happy to announce that he will stay as a PhD student in our group.

Alex Syböck defended his master's thesis and passed the final exam with great success today. He helped design and construct a new apparatus to precisely measure the surface tension of ultrapure liquid water. The picture shows Alex with his experimental setup, hidden in a metal box.
He will continue research as a PhD student, working on single-atom electrocatalysis. Congratulations Alex, and great news that you will stay with us!
