As part of the interdisciplinary course "Development Perspectives of the Brno City Region" with students of architecture and spatial planning, an excursion to Brno and Zlín took place again. The aim of the excursion was to give architectural and spatial planning perspectives on the complex situation of the city-region.
The excursion was organized by our colleagues Thomas Dillinger and Nina Svanda, and there were guides from colleagues from the Czech Republic: Ms. Marina Sedláková and Ms. Pavla Pannová.
The task of the students was, among other things, to make social media posts about the different impressions and places visited. For this purpose, different formats such as posts, reels and stories were tried out.
Posts were made on the following topics:
- Functionalism in Brno
- Villa Tugendhat
- Contactless payment in public transport Brno
- Post-War Architecture in Brno
- The Bata Shoe Factory
