Successful graduation at TU Wien Academy: Three real estate programmes celebrate their graduation

High above the rooftops of Vienna, on 13 November 2025, graduates from three continuing education programmes at the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education celebrated their graduation: the MSc in Real Estate Investment & Valuation, the MEng in Sustainable Construction, and the universitycourse in Real Estate Management.

Bob Martens, Dean of Continuing Education, welcomed the guests and congratulated the students on successfully completing their part-time studies. He emphasised that this achievement was only possible thanks to their tremendous personal commitment and the support of their families and friends. He stressed the importance of continuing education in an economy that is constantly facing new challenges.

In her speech, Sandra Hochleitner from Salon Real, opens an external URL in a new window pointet to the importance of gender equal opportunities and critical thinking in the real estate and construction industry. She encouraged the graduates to remain curious, to break new ground and to stay true to the principle of lifelong learning.

A special highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the BZP Award for an outstanding master's thesis in law. This year's award went to Cornelia Kratzer for her master's thesis on "Housing subsidy guidelines in Austria – a comparative economic analysis with a focus on non-profit property developers". The award was presented by Mag. Guido Zorn MSc, graduate of the MSc Real Estate Investment & Valuation programme, on behalf of Die Wirtschaftskanzlei, opens an external URL in a new window.
