·             Those interested in the Certified Practitioner of XY programme (completion of the basic training is considered a prerequisite for participation in the programme)

·         plan their course based on Constructive Alignment. 

·         design their own course concept according to didactic principles. 

·         formulate learning outcomes.

·         select types of performance assessment appropriate to the course concept. 

·         develop competence-oriented examination tasks. 

·         name quality characteristics of academic teaching.

·         apply different methods of university didactics in teaching. 

·         critically reflect on their role as a university teacher for sustainable learning processes.

·           Basic principles of teaching and learning

·           Basic concepts, processes, and methods of university didactics

·           Quality characteristics of academic teaching

·           Reflection on role as university teacher

·           Formative and summative assessment

·           Semester planning

 Methods:

·            Input phases to acquire didactic basics

·            Interactive phases to integrate didactic concepts into course designs

·            Group work

·            Discussions
