The Project Management course provides you with a solid foundation in essential project management principles and methodologies, grounded in practical experience and forward-thinking approaches. Through realistic project simulations and concrete case studies, you gain a comprehensive understanding of planning, execution, and project control. The course covers all relevant aspects, from technical and methodological fundamentals to social and timing requirements. You will also learn to use specific tools like MS Project and gain valuable insights into project marketing and project controlling.

Upon completion, you’ll be equipped to submit a fully planned project for IPMA certification (Level B or C).
