For each edition of the AOFKA conference we would like to solicit contributions on highly relevant current research topics. In 2027 this focus will be put on “Data treatment and reliability in solid state and surface analysis – How does AI, machine learning and big data help ?”. Of course, the conference is open to all topics of surface- and solid-state analysis ranging from theory and fundamentals to a wide variety of applications, but contributions implementing data treatment are particularly welcomed.
