NEW MASTER CURRICULUM
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING

Starting in the Winter Semester 2024, the existing Master’s curriculum 066 507 “Telecommunications” will be superseded by the new Master’s curriculum “Information and Communication Engineering (InfoCom)” under the same study code.

This updated curriculum addresses the growing industry demand for specialists skilled in communication technology and systems, data networks and processing, and information and network security.

Information and Communication Engineering offers a broad spectrum of career paths: from designing and optimizing the next generation of mobile communication systems to harnessing and analyzing the vast data generated by billions of connected devices and sensors, to ensuring the environmental sustainability and security of our increasingly interconnected society.

There are numerous exciting and forward-thinking professional fields to explore.
