How does leadership succeed under pressure?
This module offers leaders an experiential and practice-oriented approach to key leadership competencies in complex and dynamic situations. The focus is on effective communication, decision-making under uncertainty, and the development of resilient teams within resilient systems.
The unique aspect of this module: The practical implementation of the theoretical content takes place in an Airbus A320 flight simulator.
