This course offers you the opportunity to combine your experience with current developments and to design your projects strategically, flexibly and sustainably. Three days - three opportunities to take your projects to a new level

Discover how modern project management works - practical, reflective and future-oriented. In this course, you will learn how to make targeted decisions between predictive, adaptive and hybrid process models and how to manage your projects flexibly and efficiently. You will learn how artificial intelligence - using tools such as ChatGPT, PMI Infinity or Claude - can support your project processes, from initiation to structural planning. At the same time, you will develop a deep understanding of sustainable project management that focuses not only on results, but also on the process and strategic impact of your projects in the context of your company. Using methods such as Sustainable Impact Analysis and the WISE model, you will reflect on your project practice.

Didactics: Application and implementation-oriented teaching content & management reflection of the content. Lecture/theoretical input, case studies, discussions, project/group work, presentations, short/impulse speeches, brainstorming.

Requirement for participation: Experience in project management, or successful participation in compact program Project Management. Please register via our online form. A short individual consultation with the program manager is also a necessity for participation.

The seminar aims at project managers who already have experience in project management. Basic knowledge of project management is a prerequisite for participation. The target group are specialists who want to expand and professionalize their know-how.

If you lack practical experience, successful participation in our compact program “Project Management” is a prerequisite for the course “Current and Emerging Trends in Project Management”.
