Admission Requirement

To be eligible for the Executive MBA program you need to meet the following admission requirements:

Completed university degree (180 ECTS) or – from fall 2025 – at least 6 years of professional experience (direct entry into 120 ECTS including basic curriculum). Minimum of 3 years professional experience (full-time)
Proficiency in German or English (depending on the chosen program)
