First wine hike in the framework of Alumni TUesday

In perfect summer weather and glorious sunshine, CEC students and alumni met on June 22, 2021 for the first wine hike as part of Alumni TUesday. After a short welcome by our Dean Prof. Wolfgang Güttel, we hiked from Cobenzl via Sulzwiese down the Kahlenberg. At the Wieninger on the Nussberg we enjoyed a wonderful view of Vienna as well as delicacies from kitchen and cellar. Old acquaintances were refreshed, new contacts were made and stimulating conversations were held.

The feedback from students and alumni was very positive. Representatively e.g. Dipl.-Ing. Hannes Senft, student of the university course Real Estate Management summed up: "Many thanks for the wonderful meeting. In any case, I would be very happy if there were more events of this kind – not only because of the food and drink (which were excellent), but above all because of the informal atmosphere, which is ideal for making new contacts."

We can only agree with that. Due to the great response, we will certainly organize a similar event again and are already looking forward to numerous participants.
