Winner of the Women in Leadership Scholarship for MBA Automotive Industry

The Continuing Education Center permanently strives to support women and women’s advancements in their careers. In order to give an opportunity for high level academic education to qualified and motivated women, a "Women in Leadership Scholarship" was awarded.

On April 27, 2021, the online hearing for the Women in Leadership Scholarship took place online. Miss Andrea Karla Tena Ochoa convinced the jury (Prof. Wilfried Sihn and Dr. Man Wook Han) of her qualifications and motivation to participate in the MBA program.

Miss Karla Andrea Tena Ochoa finished her study in communication at the Anahuac University in Mexico. Almost four years ago she started working for Daimler in the truck division. Currently she is working as Marketing Specialist for Daimler Financial Services Mexico which gives her a chance to expand her knowledge in the company and industry. Financial Services provides a different outlook of the business and one that works as key selling strategy regardless of the vehicle. During the MBA Program she is expecting to learn from the valuable experiences of my classmates and of course from the lectures, modules, and company field trips. The MBA program will give her huge benefits to develop managerial and leadership skills, which as young professional these ones that would definitely help to prepare her for future roles in her career.
