Forging experts for the real estate industry for 35 years

In mid-June, the real estate industry chose its most promising TheREAL100under40 talents at a glittering ceremony. From around 200 applications, the best 100 young professionals made it onto the top list following a demanding selection process. In addition, five Ambassadors were selected in each of five categories who have made outstanding contributions in their respective fields. These young talents exemplify the extraordinary potential in the sector.

Real estate courses at the TU Wien Academy: important contribution at micro and macro level

A special highlight for us: almost a quarter of the winners are students and alumni of our renowned real estate courses at the TU Wien Academy. This outstanding achievement fills us with particular pride and underlines the high quality of our courses, which celebrates their 35th anniversary in 2024. In these 35 years, an outstanding network has been created that makes a decisive contribution to both personal careers and the development of the real estate industry.

We would like to congratulate the hundred selected graduates and send an extra round of applause to our graduates, whose expertise, innovative spirit and dedication will shape the real estate world of tomorrow.
