Mag. Marco Handschmann, MSc completed the course "MSc Real Estate Management & Valuation, opens an external URL in a new window" in 2016 and is currently working for UNIQA Real Estate Management GmbH, opens an external URL in a new window as Team Leader Asset Management in Austria. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the real estate programs at TU Wien, he answered a few questions to our interview team.

He says the master program had a very positive effect on his career. It has enriched and shaped his personal and professional development, which happened mainly due to the practical and applicable evaluation criteria and projects.

He also told us which three words he associates with his time as a student at TU Wien - you will be surprised!
