Four exciting articles in the bulletin. - The CTA Institute showcases its diverse research!
In the current issue of the bulletin, the TU Wien alumni magazine dedicated to the topic of Materials - the Key to New Technologies, the Institute of Chemical Technologies and Analytics is represented with several exciting articles. The variety of topics impressively reflects the broad research landscape of our institute – from analytical chemistry to innovative materials and sustainable energy.

Pro Didactica 2024 - These are the winners!
The Technical Chemistry Student Council organised the Pro Didactica again this year. Pro Didactica is a course evaluation that takes place every two years with the aim of honouring outstanding teaching with prizes and obtaining constructive feedback for lecturers so that they can improve their teaching in the long term. Unlike other course evaluations, Pro Didactica is organised and carried out entirely by students.
We would like to congratulate this year's award winners.
- Best lecture: Dominik Eder AOC I
- Best laboratory exercise: Antech Lab: Thomas Konegger, Christian Gierl-Mayer, Christian Edtmaier, Roland Haubner, Raquel De Oro Calderon
- Best exam: Jürgen Fleig, Technical Electrochemistry
- Most increased VO/VU/SE: VO Fundamentals + VU Chemical Calculation: Erwin Rosenberg and Georg Steinhauser
- Most improved lab exercise: Antech Lab: Thomas Konegger, Christian Gierl-Mayer, Christian Edtmaier, Raquel De Oro Calderon, Roland Haubner
- Student friendliness: René Sedmik
- Special prize for efforts to promote diversity and gender competence in teaching: Bettina Mihalyi-Schneider
