Professional On-Site Gas Analysis

Gas analysis is an indispensable tool for economical and safe process management. Using modern measurement technology, we professionally determine the composition of gases from stationary sources in your industrial plant, both on-site and in the laboratory.

Our focus is on industrial and pilot plants for combustion and gas production from solid fuels, such as boiler plants, combined heat and power plants, and others. We measure the composition of product gas, exhaust gas, and flue gas via online measurements as well as sampling and analysis in the laboratory. You will receive the results as a comprehensive measurement report. With online measurements, you have the opportunity to receive initial information in advance during the measurement. We have many years of experience in planning, supporting, and evaluating measurement campaigns and are happy to share this knowledge with you. We would be happy to visit your plant in advance to determine the best possible timing, process, and structure for the measurement campaign during the initial joint inspection. You can find out which measurements we perform as standard in our Scope of Services or in our current folder. For on-site measurements, we currently offer our expertise mainly in Austria and neighboring countries.

Comprehensive Service

We stand for providing sound advice, reliable and precise clarification and processing of your concerns, and a detailed assessment of your process. In addition to our standard measurements, you can also contact us for individual questions, such as the determination of heavy metals in the gas phase, etc. The testing laboratory offers both in-house method development and close networking with various partner laboratories to enable a wide range of measurements. In cooperation with the Industrial Plant Design and Application of Digital Methods research group the Testing Laboratory for Combustion Systems can also provide analytical support for tests with various fuels on a 100 kW gas generation plant, or develop joint research projects.
