Welcome to the Competence Enhancement Team!

Our focus is on fostering personal and professional growth of researchers, especially young female scientists. We are committed to empowering individuals by providing opportunities for skill development, training, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Programs: Designing and delivering workshops, courses, and seminars to enhance essential skills.
Skill Assessment: Identifying areas for improvement and offering resources to help members grow in their roles.
Knowledge Sharing: Encouraging a culture of learning by continuous creating a portfolio of valuable workshops.

Our goal is to unlock potential and ensure that everyone has the tools and support they need to succeed and thrive.

Our driving force is to organise a balanced workshop portfolio fostering hard as well as soft skills.

Activities to strenghten our community

Finally, it is our goal to connect female scientists at the TU with our courses and to motivate them to share their knowledge and benefit from each other. Therefore, together with the Identity & Diversity Team we organize a Running Training once a week from spring to autumn. and successfully took part as a team in the Österreichischer Frauenlauf for many years in a row!
