About the speaker:
Prof. Dr. Gerhard Graf, Professor for Cultural Change and Human Resources Management at the University of Applied Sciences SDI in Munich; since 2009 CEO of the Transformation Management PLC Headquarter in St. Gallen and subsidiaries in Munich and Vienna. Main areas of work: the design of difficult, complex change and transformational processes in organizations, strategic talent and succession management – from conception to concrete implementation as well as leadership development and the design of learning processes and learning architecture in organizations. Since 2023 he lectures at TU Wien ACE as one of our experts for the compact-program Strategic Competence & Talent Management.
