Innovative F&E-Centre

In the Neuss harbor, the planning of an innovative research and development center for the automotive industry is planned. On the 17,500 m² planning area, a center for product development, prototype construction, and component testing will be established. The building concept follows a modular construction principle and is characterized by its flexible usage possibilities.
