Studying

  • Can I study and work at the same time?

Yes, many students combine their studies with part-time employment. However, the Green Chemistry Master’s Programme is demanding and requires regular attendance in lections, laboratory courses and seminars. It is therefore recommended to limit employment to part-time (e.g., up to 20 hours per week) in order to maintain satisfactory academic progress. Please note that working alongside your studies may extend the overall duration of your programme.

  • Where can I find student jobs in Vienna that are compatible with this programme?

You can find suitable student jobs through:

Job portals for students: Nebenjob Wien | StudentJob AT

    Schwarzes Brett ÖH

General job portal: Jobs in Wien – willhaben

    Indeed

Universities are also always looking for research assistants, either through their job boards or sometimes via bulletin boards
