Especially if you belong to the group of young scientists (Prä Doc and Post Doc), the personnel development wants to support you in identifying and realizing your goals.

We support young researchers on rotation positions during their dissertation through the programme WINA+ (Young Researchers are More). The program consists of 4 days spread over 4 semesters, where experts and the coach Dr. Martina Friedl will discuss the dissertation agreement, scientific writing, time and self-management and career opportunities after the TU Wien degree. Registration for the German group - always starts in the winter term or the English group - always starts in the summer term- is at TISS, opens an external URL in a new window: All PreDocs receive a personal invitation for an information meeting by post and e-mail.


PostDocs can prepare for their career in the one-year PostDoc Coaching Group with Ute Riedler.
And there is a special program for career holders. For female scientists there is a mentoring program as a compensation for disadvantages to enable women to break through the "glass ceiling".


Seminars of the internal HR program support you in scientific writing, learning tools such as project management, IT programs, but also national and international funding offers you can get tips from the experts and application trainings for further positions within and outside the TU Wien are also offered.
