Gender-specific prepared databases allow statements to be made about the real situation of women and men. In this way, subjective assessments on the composition of students and the study success of various groups can be made. In addition, these data allow for conclusions on implicit hierarchies and exclusion mechanisms, and create a basis for argument for changes in the area of gender parity and gender fairness.
