Please use 1 registration form per child per week.
CALCULATION OF TU EMPLOYEES' COST CONTRIBUTION
The cost contributions for TU-internal registrations are staggered according to income limit:

- Income under € 2,500 gross: cost contribution € 70 (per week)

- Income from € 2,500 to € 4,500 gross: cost contribution € 100 (per week)

- Income over € 4,500 gross: cost contribution € 130 (per week)

Income limits are calculated gross, the cost contribution is calculated for 1 full week of care in each case

The parent registering must tick the relevant cost contribution on their own responsibility.
DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email to the address you provided shortly thereafter (no later than two weeks after the registration form is received by the TU Kids & Care office) informing you whether your child has been assigned a spot for the week(s) you specified.

Cancellation is free of charge and can only be done by email to tukids@tuwien.ac.at by March 15, 2026. Please note that cancellations are only valid if they are received by tukids@tuwien.ac.at.

From March 16, 2026, you will receive an email invoice for the total cost. Please check your spam folder regularly, as the invoice email from the bursar's office sometimes ends up there.

Once you have received this invoice, it is no longer possible to cancel free of charge; the invoice must be paid in full within the payment period specified on the invoice.

If you cancel your child's registration up to 4 weeks before the respective week of childcare, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date.
Please note that NO PHOTOS will be taken during the childcare weeks.
Liability for damage to property or theft of items brought along is excluded.
DATA PROTECTION CONSENT:

I agree that the personal data I have provided above may be collected, processed and used by the TU Wien's Office for Work-Life Balance, TU Kids & Care, for the registration and implementation of the childcare programs.

I also expressly agree that the health data of my child/children provided above may be collected, processed and passed on to the caregivers by the TU Wien's Office for Work-Life Balance for the purpose of accompanying and supporting my child/children. The data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.

The data processing serves exclusively the purpose of registering, implementing and ensuring the health of the child/children when participating in the childcare programs. The data will be treated confidentially.

This consent can be revoked at any time by email to tukids@tuwien.ac.at.
