TU staff: € 15 per day / child
TU students (without employment at the TU): € 10 per day / child

The amount will be invoiced via email before the care.

Cancellation free of charge is only possible by e-mail to tukids@tuwien.ac.at by 26.02.2026. Cancellation is only valid if it is sent to the above e-mail address.

The full invoice amount will be charged from 27.02.2026. Cancellation free of charge is no longer possible after this date.

Please check your SPAM folder regularly, as the invoice email from the office unfortunately often ends up there. As soon as you have received this invoice, it is no longer possible to cancel free of charge, the deposit must be paid.
