The workshop aims at building the skills to facilitate institutional change in gender equality through participatory methods.

Participatory methods to support gender equality in science is organized within the Gender Equality Academy EU funded project, opens an external URL in a new window in cooperation with the Technische Universität Wien. The workshop provides the opportunity of mutual learning and exchange by getting inspiration from others.

The workshop will be guided by one of the leading gender experts in Europe, Lorena Pajares. Lorena is a trainer and gender and development consultant, with 20 years of professional experience combined with a strong academic grounding in Social Sciences, participatory research and feminist methodologies.
