Resetting passwords for employees
- Employees with ID Austria can perform this process themselves.
- Employees without ID Austria should contact their address manager.
- The instructions describe how to change your password.
- On site, changes can only be made at the service points listed below with photo ID.
Resetting passwords for students
- Students with ID Austria can perform this process themselves.
- The instructions describe how to change your password.
- Students with Austrian citizenship can apply for ID Austria at registration authorities throughout Austria.
- Students without Austrian citizenship can apply for ID Austria at tax offices and state police headquarters (Further information on ID Austria). Please use this option if possible.
- On site, changes can only be made at the service points listed below with photo ID.
- In urgent cases, you can reset your password remotely - even without ID Austria - if you are more than 1.5 hours away from Vienna or cannot come to Vienna for health reasons.

Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
The CIT Service Center will also be open on Saturday, February 28, from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. and on Sunday, March 1, from 10 a.m.–1 p.m.

Please bring your valid TUcard or other official photo ID (passport, ID card, residence permit, or driver's license).
