In October 2024, the 16th VERBUND-Frauenstipendium, opens an external URL in a new window was awarded to Johanna Bartlechner to support her in her doctoral studies with a tailor-made programme for personal and professional development.

Her work in the research area of control and process automation focuses on the development of innovative methods for controlling and monitoring fuel cell systems, which could make an important contribution to establishing sustainable technologies in the future.

In order to meet highly dynamic requirements and load profiles, Johanna Bartlechner is working in Professor Stefan Jakubek's team to develop innovative solutions that make it possible to reliably provide power, ensure operational safety and extend the service life of fuel cell systems.
