The RGS-IBG Annual International Conference on Mapping took place in London from 27 to 30 September 2024. Julia Dorner presented initial empirical results on the ‘Green Gentrification Cycle in Vienna’. Produced in collaboration with colleagues from BOKU, the presentation focused on the interplay between greening and gentrification in Vienna.

In various sessions on housing, climate adaptation, and land use (including those by SRF Visiting Fellow Tim White), she learned about current research. Additionally, there were inspiring discussions with other researchers between sessions.
