Sale of assets via SAP Services

The sale of assets and low-value assets (GWG) can now be handled directly in SAP Services, opens an external URL in a new window in a completely digital process, without any paper. The new function can be found in "Finance" under "Sale of assets". Documentation is also available there, replacing the "Form for the purchase of assets and low-value assets from the VUT".

However, anyone who has just completed the form does not need to worry. During a transitional period until the beginning of October, both options will be available in parallel to make the changeover easy. If you have any questions, please contact anlagenbuchhaltung@tuwien.ac.at.

BAS|ZAR

In addition, a platform called "Ba[s|z]ar" was created to facilitate the TU's internal placement of equipment. As the name suggests, this Ba[s|z]ar can be used to offer equipment that is no longer in use and thus facilitate its further use by other people at TU.

The Ba[s|z]ar is currently still under development and feedback is therefore very welcome. This can be sent directly to the developer: gerald.steinwender@tuwien.ac.at.

Login works with upTUdate username and password.

PS: Yes, we could not agree on a spelling and therefore there is Bazar and Bazar.
