DAMAP at the CRIS2024 conference in Vienna

We presented a poster and delivered a hands-on workshop on DAMAP, our open-source tool for creating machine-actionable data management plans.

CRIS2024, opens an external URL in a new window took place from May 15-17, 2024 at TU Wien. It is the sixteenth edition of a biennial international conference series of euroCRIS, opens an external URL in a new window on current research information systems (CRIS). The series is devoted to improving the availability and access to research information systems across Europe. This year’s event focused on the emerging trend for international collaboration in the CRIS domain. The conference was organised by euroCRIS in cooperation with the RIS Synergy project, opens an external URL in a new window and was mainly held at TU Wien’s beautiful Kuppelsaal.

Since research data management is a topic related to CRIS, our poster on DAMAP, opens an external URL in a new window was accepted for the conference. And that's not all: It was – on a par with the RIS Synergy contribution – voted best poster of the conference! In addition, we had the opportunity to show DAMAP to interested people through a hands-on tutorial. The tutorial was a good exercise for everybody, trainers and trainees, and we look forward to conducting similar workshops in the future.

Thanks to the team for all their hard work on the poster and tutorial!
