Entering the building

An MNS mask must still be worn when entering the building. Please use the entrance for employees, as it is only used for random checks. Students must have their "pass" ready for students (which they will receive automatically via TISS between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the exams) and use a separate entrance so that there are no traffic jams. Of course, guidance systems are also available in the building.

In the lecture hall

The lecture halls are opened by GUT at least 45 minutes before the start of the examination.

In all lecture halls that are open for examinations, the seats to be used are numbered and marked. This numbering corresponds to that which you can find on the booking plan on the room information page in coLAB, opens an external URL in a new window - there you can also have a close look at the route to the lecture halls in advance so that you are prepared accordingly.

Once the identity check has been completed, students can remove their mask and store it in a suitable container, provided they are sitting in their seat.

If you want to wear a visor as exam supervisor, please note that this is not sufficient protection for the identity check. An MNS mask must be worn until the identity check is completed. In order to obtain such a visor, you should ideally contact GUT, opens an external URL in a new window in advance so that a corresponding number of visors can be prepared. The safety distance of at least 1 meter must be maintained during the test.

The first sheet of the exam should be a safety instruction from GUT, opens a file in a new window, which should be signed by the student and returned with the exam. Please prepare this instruction in the appropriate quantity already with the exam.

A seating plan must be prepared for each examination for documentation purposes.

A box with surface disinfectant, wiping cloths, emergency masks and tweezers will be placed in each of the lecture rooms relevant to the examination.

Ending the examination and leaving the examination lecture hall

We recommend that students leave the exam upside down on the table for delivery so that the examiner can collect all the exams after completion.
