Project management has become indispensable in everyday professional life, whether in a privately run company, an NGO, an NPO, or a research institution. With our compact programs Project Management and Current and Emerging Trends in Project Management, participants acquire solid knowledge in various aspects of project and process management (AI, sustainable project management, methods) and are prepared for the internationally recognized certification exams pma/IPMA® Level D (Junior Project Manager), C (Project Manager), or B (Senior Project Manager).
Have you ever asked yourself questions such as: How do I manage projects efficiently? How can I define project success? What makes me a good project manager? How can I use AI to my advantage in my daily work as a program manager?
In our upcoming online info session, you can ask all your questions and gain a comprehensive overview of the content of our compact program.
