Special powers of attorney are individually designed and may deviate from the amount limits set out in the Rectorate's Directive on Powers of Attorney and Research Projects [§§ 26, 27 and 28 Universities Act 2002 (UG)] as well as exceptionally include the conclusion of exempted transactions. Special powers of attorney are granted by the rector.

This application must be submitted to the Department of Data Protection and Document Management together with a justification for the granting.
