India Science Day 2026
Join us for TU Wien’s first India Science Day!
With India Science Day 2026, TU Wien is celebrating the start of a new phase of scientific and technological cooperation with India.
As part of the strategic initiative ‘Technological Collaboration for Sustainability between Indian Technical Universities and TU Austria (TCSITAT)’, the event brings together researchers, students and representatives from politics and industry. The focus will be on existing cooperation projects as well as funding opportunities, networking formats and potential new partnerships between Austrian and Indian institutions.
India Science Day 2026 offers a space for exchange, information and dialogue. The aim is to provide new impetus for joint activities in research, teaching and innovation and to initiate long-term cooperation.
The exact schedule of the event and further programme details will be published on this website at a later date.
Project / Poster exhibition
During the event, you will have the opportunity to exhibit your own project conducted in cooperation with Indian partners or with a clear India-related focus.
Submitted projects will be presented both in analog form as posters and digitally as a slideshow on the projector walls during the breaks.
If you are interested in exhibiting one of your own projects, please prepare a poster in A1 landscape format (84.1 cm × 59.4 cm, 200 dpi, PDF format) and send it by 10.03.2026, at the latest, to: azra.makic@tuwien.ac.at.
To ensure that the quality of the poster is maintained and that the email arrives reliably, we recommend providing the poster via a cloud link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and linking to it in the email.
