Registration is managed through the ConfTool portal, opens an external URL in a new window. After completing registration, participants will be able to pay using a debit or credit card. A confirmation document will be sent by email to the address provided during registration.

The registration fee for regular participants is 350€ and includes access to all scheduled coffee breaks, social events, and the conference dinner. It also covers welcoming materials, access to the lecture halls, and attendance at both the inaugural and closing ceremonies, which include a small concert.
Please note that lunches and accommodation are not covered. The conference will take place in the city centre of Vienna, where a wide range of accommodation and dining options are readily available.
The registration fee also provides opportunities for students to compete for conference prizes.

New users should first update their personal details under Overview > Edit User Account Details after logging in, before registering for the conference.

Participants are advised to be aware of potential scam emails. The conference organization does not arrange accommodation and will not contact participants regarding lodging or booking services.
