Represent TU Wien at TEDx IMT Paris 2027

Become TU Wien’s student representative at TEDx IMT Paris 2027

On 22 February 2027, TEDx IMT Paris will bring together European voices to discuss European issues at the Théâtre de Paris. Organised by a student team from Institut Mines-Télécom in partnership with EULiST, the event will also bring together one student representative from each EULiST member university.

TU Wien students now have the opportunity to become part of this group and represent our university in Paris.This is more than attending a TEDx event. The selected student will take an active role before and during the conference, working together with the other EULiST student representatives and contributing to the communication around the event.

What will you do?

As TU Wien’s representative, you will:

  • contribute a 400-word text in English to a common question ahead of the event;
  • participate in an online briefing in January;
  • travel to Paris on 21 February and work with the other EULiST student representatives;
  • conduct a filmed interview with one of the TEDx speakers, prepared together with the organising team;
  • represent TU Wien at the EULiST stand during the event;
  • attend the full TEDx conference and the evening reception.

Who can apply?

You should:

  • be enrolled at TU Wien during the 2026/27 academic year;
  • be available in Paris from Sunday afternoon, 21 February, until Tuesday, 23 February 2027;
  • feel comfortable conducting an interview and writing in English.

Your field of study, year of study and academic profile are not decisive, the key criterion is your commitment to taking on the full role.
