Abstract

MetroAT is a novel open-source dataset for metro pneumatic systems, developed to support data-driven maintenance research and provide a benchmark for research in this domain. It contains 105 sensor variables and approximately 25 million data points collected over a period of one year, covering multiple components of the pneumatic system. The dataset was developed within the WIN project in collaboration with Wiener Linien. The project aimed to utilize sensor and failure data from a specific system of a V-train rail vehicle to derive meaningful insights into maintenance-related metrics and support the analysis of maintenance processes.

Results

A time-series dataset comprising the following variables:

  • 72 continuous sensor variables
  • 20 binary sensor variables
  • 7 operational state variables
  • 4 failure and maintenance variables
  • 2 aggregated sensor variables
